My stay was for one week and it was wonderful. The staff is very welcoming and respectful. Some staff that I want to thank are Nataly at the front desk for her amazing service and work ethic. She is a great receptionist and did an amazing job in making sure I had everything i needed. I needed to stay for additional days and she assisted me with the booking. My booking wouldn't have been the same if it wasn't for her help and support. She is a very valuable asset to have at Rotana and look forward to my next stay. I also want to thank Prashant for providing a great service at the restaurant with drinks and coffee. He always has great energy and provided me with good customer service and any food drinks that were needed during my stay. He also can make some great tequila drinks. I look forward to returning again at Rotana.

The staff were professional and very helpful. The facility was good and clean and our requests were met without delay. We reported a minor issue with the view to Booking.com and the management responded promptly and tried their best to make it up for us, specifically Mr. Mustafa who was very attentive and generous. I wish we had the same response when we reported it verbally at first. In general, it's a well managed hotel and we had a positive experience.

Every think was amazing, starting with the wonderful Staff Hosam, Samah, Mohammed, Mostafa & their colleagues in the reception and concierge, also the waiters Mohammed, Yasin, Alaa, Zamir & Salim. Also, the people who were responsible on the rooms Ahmed, Karwan & Muthyam, I can't thank them enough. Many thanks to Manager Mr. Maan.

To be honest, everything was great. I loved the caring professional staff, the breakfast, and the cleanliness all over. A great Front office team, from the staff, Racquel, Leith, Fares... to leader Mr. Maan. They helped me with my needs, and lead me finalize my tasks using the laptop they managed for me, I really appreciated their concern to support in such circumstances I had with my personal laptop. Thank you loads

Arjan is my number one option when I visit Erbil, it’s super nice, clean and the restaurant is amazing! The most important is the staff and how they are cooperative and friendly! Loved that a lot especially from Mr.Maan, Rakel, Balen. Thank you all

Undoubtedly the best hotel for a lovely vacation in Erbil. Great experience, great hospitality. Hats off to the entire hotel team. Will stay there again soon.
